Can I check my order status?
Definitely! You can view the status of your order by logging into your account on the MOISSIC website. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. Easy!
How does shipping work?
Door to Door
The shipping cost for each order will be calculated at checkout.
Other shipping options include standard,and overnight services to locations within the contiguous United States. Shipping rates for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations and US territories will be calculated at checkout.

Absolutely! Reach out to our team and we’ll be happy to get that order out to you today! Same-day shipping is not available for orders placed on weekends or holidays, and orders must be placed before 1PM PST to qualify.
